We’re all about short films—no long blocks of feature-length films with a few shorts stuck in the middle. The DSFF screens over 110+ short films in 3 days. From comedy to drama and everything in-between, there’s something for everyone.

Small Town / Big City
The festival screens in Boulder City, one of Nevada’s most historic and unique places. It’s a sleepy little town where everything, including the 400-seat Boulder Theatre festival venue and the Boulder Dam Hotel, are within walking distance. At the same time, all the thrills and entertainment of Fabulous Las Vegas are available right next door—the Las Vegas Strip is only thirty minutes away!
